Yes, that’s correct. We require a 50% deposit at time of booking to secure your date.
The deposit is fully refundable if the booking is cancelled up to 2 weeks before your event date.
If the booking is cancelled within 2 weeks of the booking event the deposit is non-refundable.

We will be required to pay your 50% deposit online via our online credit/debit card payment processing system.
The remainder of your balance is due 1 week before event date.
If you’d prefer to pay the remainder in cash on arrival of your event date, that’s no problem but you must email us to notify us before your final balance is due.

We offer free delivery to all suburbs in a 30km radius of Abbotsford, 3067.
Outside of this there will be a delivery fee calculated at time of booking.
We can genuinely deliver to most area within Victoria, so just shoot us a message with your location and we can arrange a quote for you!

There’s no time like the present! No but for real, we tend to book out quite quickly in peak periods so we suggest locking in your date as soon as you can to avoid missing out.

Yes. Digital sharing options are available, allowing guests to send or share their photos straight from the booth, depending on the package selected.

Absolutely! Depending on your package, we can customise elements such as photo layouts, digital overlays and branding to suit your event. For weddings and parties, we can keep things fun and personal; for corporate events, we can incorporate your brand identity.
You are welcome to use your own styling decor around the booth or we can use ours.

Outdoor setups may be possible depending on the location and conditions. The booth needs suitable protection from weather, direct sunlight and other environmental factors, so we'll confirm whether your proposed setup will work.
